Sutra 2.1
Tapaḥ-svādhyāyeśhvara-praṇidhānāni kriyāyogaḥ
tapas : ascetic observance or practice
svādhyāya : silent recitation, self-study of scriptures, japa, silent mental recitation of mantra (and)
īśhvara-praṇidhānāni : surrender to God
kriyā-yogaḥ : (is called) yoga of practices
Sutra Meaning :
Ascetic observance, silent recitation, self-study of scriptures and japa, and surrender of all practices and acts to God constitute the yoga of practices (kriya-yoga).
सूत्र २.१
तपःस्वाध्यायेश्वरप्रणिधानानि क्रियायोगः।
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
तपस् : तप
स्वाध्याय : स्वाध्याय, (और)
ईश्वरप्रणिधानानि : ईश्वर प्रणिधान
क्रियायोगः : क्रियायोग हैं॥
सूत्रार्थ –
तप, स्वाध्याय, और ईश्वर प्रणिधान क्रियायोग (कहलाते) हैं।

Tapaḥ-svādhyāyeśhvara-praṇidhānāni kriyāyogaḥ
Sutra Meaning :
L’osservanza ascetica, la recitazione silenziosa, l’auto-studio delle scritture e del Japa, e l’assegnazione devota di tutte le pratiche e gli atti a una realtà migliorativa (Dio), costituiscono lo yoga delle pratiche (Kriya-yoga).

Tapaḥ-svādhyāyeśhvara-praṇidhānāni kriyāyogaḥ
tapas : observar una práctica ascética
svādhyāya : recitación mental y silenciosa de mantras, estudio personal de escrituras, japa
īśhvara-praṇidhānāni : entrega a Dios
kriyā-yogaḥ : (es llamada) yoga de las prácticas
Sutra Meaning :
La práctica ascética, la recitación mental y silenciosa de mantras, el estudio personal de las escrituras y el entregar todas las prácticas y actos a Dios constituyen el yoga de las prácticas (kriya-yoga).

Tapaḥ-svādhyāyeśhvara-praṇidhānāni kriyāyogaḥ
קרייה יוגה [מורכבת מ-] אימון מחמם, לימוד עצמי והתמסרות לאדון הכול
