ते ह्लादपरितापफलाः पुण्यापुण्यहेतुत्वात्

Te hlāda-pari-tāpa-phalāḥ puṇyāpuṇyahetutvāt

 


Sutra 2.14
Te hlāda-pari-tāpa-phalāḥ puṇyāpuṇyahetutvāt

te : those (species, life span, resultant experience)
hlāda : [having] delight, pleasure, and
pari-tāpa : agony, anguish, burning
phalāḥ : [as their] fruits
puṇya : merit, meritorious acts
a-puṇya : non-merit, demerit or sinful acts
hetutvāt : having as their cause

Sutra Meaning : 
Those [fruitions in the form of species, life-span and resultant experience] have delight and pleasure and burning anguish and agony as their fruits because merit and demerit are their causes.

सूत्र २.१४
ते ह्लादपरितापफलाः पुण्यापुण्यहेतुत्वात्।

पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
ते : वे (अर्थात्, जन्म्, आयु और भोग)
ह्लाद : हर्ष (सुख)
परिताप : शोक (दुःख)
फलाः : फलों को देने वाले हाते हैं
पुण्य : शुभ
अपुण्य : (और) अशुभ
हेतुत्वात् : कारण हाने से ॥

सूत्रार्थ
वे (अर्थात्, जन्म्, आयु और भोग) पुण्य/शुभ और पाप/अशुभ कर्माशयों के उत्पन्न होने के कारण हर्ष और शोक (दोनों ही) फलों को देने होते हैं।

Te hlāda-pari-tāpa-phalāḥ puṇyāpuṇyahetutvāt

Sutra Meaning : 
Quei [frutti sotto forma di specie, durata della vita e esperienza risultante] hanno gioia e piacere e angoscia e agonia ardente come frutti perché il merito e il demerito sono le loro cause.

Sutra 2.14
Te hlāda-pari-tāpa-phalāḥ puṇyāpuṇyahetutvāt

te : estos (forma, tiempo, experiencia resultante)
hlāda : deleite, placer
pari-tāpa : dolor, agonía, angustia
phalāḥ : frutos
puṇya : virtud, mérito, actos meritosos
a-puṇya : vicio, sin mérito, actos sin mérito
hetutvāt : teniendo como su causa

Sutra Meaning : Estos (la forma en la que reencarnamos, la duración de esa vida y su experiencia resultante) tienen por fruto el placer o el dolor, por razón de virtud y vicio.

פירותיהם של אלה – חדווה ומפח נפש, וסיבתם – גמול טוב או רע
