कायेंद्रियसिद्धिरशुद्धिक्षयात् तपसः।
Kāyendriya-siddhir a-śhuddhi-kṣhayāt tapasaḥ
Sutra 2.43
Kāyendriya-siddhir a-śhuddhi-kṣhayāt tapasaḥ
kaya : [of] body [and]
indriya : [of] sense
siddhiḥ : mastery
a-śhuddhi : [of] impurities
kṣhayāt : through elimination
tapasaḥ : from ascetic practice
Sutra Meaning :
From ascetic practice, through the elimination of impurities [there occurs] mastery over the body and the senses.
सूत्र २.४३
कायेन्द्रियसिद्धिरशुद्धिक्षयात्तपसः।
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
काय + इन्द्रिय + सिद्धिः : कायसिद्धि और इन्द्रियसिद्धि (की प्राप्ति होती है)
अशुद्धि + क्षयात् : अशुद्धि का नाश होने पर
तपसः : तप से॥
सूत्रार्थ –
तप (के अनुष्ठान और उसके प्रभाव) से अशुद्धि का नाश हो जाने से कायसिद्धि और इन्द्रियसिद्धि (प्राप्त) होती है।

Sutra Meaning :
Dalla pratica ascetica, attraverso l’eliminazione delle impurità [c’è] padronanza sul corpo e sui sensi.

kāya: [de] cuerpo [y]
indriya: [de] sentidos
siddhiḥ: maestría
a-śhuddhi: [de] impurezas
kṣhayāt: a través de la eliminación
tapasaḥ: de la práctica ascética
Sutra Meaning :
De la práctica ascética, a través de la eliminación de impurezas, ocurre la maestría sobre el cuerpo y los sentidos.

באמצעות אימון מחמם נמוגה הטומאה, אז כוחות־על בגוף ובחושים
