दृग्दर्शनशक्त्योरेकात्मतेवास्मिता।

Sutra 2.6
Dṛg-darśhana-śhaktyor ekātmatevāsmitā
dṛk-(shakti) : [of] consciousness-force, power of the seer, power of seeing, force of sight
darśana-śhaktyoḥ : of the capacity of buddhi as an instrument of consciousness, the power of being an instrument of seeing or apprehension
eka-ātmā : identity, self-sameness
iva : as it were, as if [apparent]
asmitā : [is called] I-am-ness, asmitā
Sutra Meaning :
When there appears, as it were, self-sameness of the seeing power of consciousness-force on one hand and the (buddhi’s) power as an instrument of seeing on the other, it is called asmitā, that is, Iam-ness.
सूत्र २.६
दृग्दर्शनशक्त्योरेकात्मतेवास्मिता।
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
दृक् : द्रष्टा (अर्थात्, पुरुष)
दर्शन : बुद्धि
शक्त्योः : इन दोंनो शक्तियों की
एकात्मता : एकरूपता (अर्थात्, एक जैसा सा प्रतीत होना)
एव : ही
अस्मिता : अस्मिता है॥
सूत्रार्थ –
दृक्शक्ति (अर्थात्, द्रष्टा या पुरुष) और दर्शनशक्ति (अर्थात्, बुद्धि) की एकरूपता (अर्थात्, प्रातिभासिक अभिन्नता) ही; अस्मिता है।

Si chiama Asmita l’identificazione di buddhi (l’intelletto) con il potere proprio della forza osservante

darśana-śhaktyoḥ : de la capacidad del intelecto como un instrumento de percepción
eka-ātmā : identidad, identificarse con
iva : como si fuera, aparentemente
asmitā : ego, noción del yo
Sutra Meaning :
Asmita es la identificación de quien percibe con el instrumento de percepción.
