क्लेशकर्मविपाकाशयैरपरामृष्टः पुरुषविशेष ईश्वरः।

Sutra 1.24
Kleśha-karma-vipākāśhayair a-parā-mṛṣhṭaḥ puruṣha-viśheṣha īśhvaraḥ
kleśha : afflictions
karma : actions
vipāka : maturing, ripening, fruition of actions
āśhayaiḥ : with propensities, accumulations, domains
a-parā-mṛṣhṭaḥ : unsmeared
puruśha-viśheṣhaḥ : a special puruṣha
īśhvaraḥ : God
Sutra Meaning :
A special puruṣha not smeared by afflictions, actions, their fruitions and the domains of their accumulated propensities is God.
सूत्र १.२४
क्लेशकर्मविपाकाशयैरपरामृष्टः पुरुषविशेष ईश्वरः
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
क्लेश : क्लेश
कर्म : कर्म
विपाक : विपाक (कर्मफल)
आशयैः (कर्मसंस्कार)
अपरामृष्टः : अस्पृष्ट (अर्थात् असम्बन्धित, या अछूता)
पुरुष + विशेषः : विशेष पुरुष
ईश्वरः : ईश्वर है॥
सूत्रार्थ –
ईश्वर, : क्लेश, कर्म, कर्मफल, कर्मसंस्कार, से रहित (एक) विशेष (प्रकार का) पुरुष होता है।

karma : azioni
vipāka : frutti
āśhayaiḥ : accumulo
a-parā-mṛṣhṭaḥ : immacolato
puruśha-viśheṣhaḥ : uno speciale puruṣha
īśhvaraḥ : migliore realtà
Sutra Meaning :
Un puruṣha speciale non contaminato da afflizioni, azioni, loro frutti e dai domini delle loro propensioni accumulate è una realta migliorativa governante (ciò che comunemente viene tradotto come Dio).
