Sutra 1.35
विषयवती वा प्रवृत्तिरुत्पन्ना मनसः स्थितिनिबन्धनी।
Viṣhayavatī vā pravṛttir ūtpannā manasaḥ sthiti-nibandhanī
Sutra 1.35
Viṣhayavatī vā pravṛttir ūtpannā manasaḥ sthiti-nibandhanī
viṣhayavatī : having sense objets, having sense experiences
vā : or, also
pravṛttiḥ : inclination, manifestation, direct perception, apprehension
utpannāa : born, appeared, occurred, become manifest, an advent having taken place
manasaḥ : mind’s
sthiti : (of) stability, steadiness
ni-bandhanī: that which binds, fastens, firmly establishes, seals
Sutra Meaning :
The advent of direct perception of the experiences of subtle or celestial sense objects is called viṣhayavatī pravṛtti, which also firmly establishes the stability of the mind.
सूत्र १.३५
विषयवती वा प्रवृत्तिरुत्पन्ना मनसः स्थितिनिबन्धिनी
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
विषयवती : विषयवाली
वा : अथवा, (भी)
प्रवृत्तिः : प्रवृत्ति
उत्पन्ना : उत्पन्न होकर
मनसः : मनकी
स्थिति : स्थिरता को
निबन्धिनी : बाँधने वाली (अर्थात् हेतु) होती है॥
सूत्रार्थ –
विषयवाली प्रवृत्ति भी उत्पन्न होकर मन की स्थिरता की हेतु होती (बनती) है।

viṣhayavatī : avendo esperienza sensoriale
vā : o
pravṛttiḥ : perfetta percezione cognitiva
utpannāa : nato, apparso
manasaḥ : della mente
sthiti : stabilità, fermezza
ni-bandhanī : che lega
Sutra Meaning :
L’avvento della percezione diretta delle esperienze degli oggetti tramite i sensi sottili o celesti è chiamato “viṣhayavatī pravṛtti,” capace di promuovere saldamente la stabilità della mente.

viṣhayavatī: tener objetos y experiencias sensoriales
vā: o, también
pravṛttiḥ: inclinación, manifestación, percepción directa, aprehensión
utpannāa: que nace, se aparece, ocurre, se manifiesta
manasaḥ: de la menta
sthiti-: (de) estabilidad, quietud
ni-bandhanī: aquello que ata, sujeta, establece firmemente
Sutra Meaning :
La manifestación de la percepción directa de experiencias sutiles u objetos sensoriales celestiales es llamada viṣhayavatī pravṛtti y también establece firmemente a la mente en la quietud.
