स्वप्ननिद्राज्ञानालम्बनं वा।

Svapna-nidrā-jnānālambanaṁ vā

 


Sutra 1.38
Svapna-nidrā-jnānālambanaṁ vā

svapna : dream
nidrā : sleep
jnana : knowledge, awareness, observation
ālambanaṁ : supportive factor, object of meditation
vā: and, or, also

Sutra Meaning :  
Also, the mind-field whose object in meditation is the observation, awareness and knowledge of the dream or sleep state becomes stabilized.

सूत्र १.३८
स्वप्ननिद्राज्ञानालम्बनं वा

पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ
स्वप्न : स्वप्न, (और)
निद्रा : सुषुप्ति (के)
ज्ञान+लम्बनं : ज्ञान को (धारणा का) आलम्बन (बनाने वाला चित्त)
वा : अथवा, (स्थिरता को प्राप्त होता है)॥

सूत्रार्थ
अथवा, स्वप्न और सुषुप्ति के ज्ञान को धारणा का आलम्बन (विषय) बनाने वाला चित्त; स्थिरता को प्राप्त होता है।

Sutra Meaning :  
Inoltre diventa stabilizzato, il campo mentale la cui osservazione, consapevolezza e conoscenza nello stato di sogno o sonno è l’oggetto della meditazione.

También encuentra estabilidad el campo mental cuyos objetos de meditación son la consciencia y conocimiento del sueño y los sueños.
