ते व्यक्तसूक्ष्माः गुणात्मानः।
Te vyakta-sūkṣhmāḥ guṇātmānaḥ
Sutra 4.13
Te vyakta-sūkṣhmāḥ guṇātmānaḥ
te : they
vyakta : manifest (or)
sūkṣhmāḥ : fine, subtle, unmanifest
guṇa-ātmānaḥ : (essentially) consist of gunas
Sutra Meaning :
Those (attributes and processes, divided into the three time-paths, in fact) consist of the gunas (of prakṛti), whether in manifest or finer (unmanifest) form.
सूत्र ४.१३
ते व्यक्तसूक्ष्मा गुणात्मानः॥१३॥
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
ते : वे (समस्त धर्म)
व्यक्त + सूक्ष्माः : (अपनी) अभिव्यक्त और अनभिव्यक्त अवस्था में (सदैव)
गुणात्मानः : त्रिगुणात्मक ही होते हैं॥
सूत्रार्थ –
वे (समस्त धर्म) (अपनी) अभिव्यक्त और अनभिव्यक्त अवस्था में (सदैव) त्रिगुणात्मक ही होते हैं।

Quelli (attributi e processi, divisi nei tre percorsi temporali, in effetti) consistono nei guna (di prakṛti), sia in forma manifesta che più fine (non manifesta).
