चितेरप्रतिसंक्रमायाः तदाकारापत्तौ स्वबुद्धि संवेदनम्।

Citer-apratisaṁkramāyās-tad-ākārāpattau svabuddhi-saṁvedanam
citeḥ : of Consciousness Principle
a-pratisaṁkramāyāḥ : of that which passes through no changes transitions; is not transferable
tat-ākāra : (to) that form
āpattau : upon assuming
sva-buddhi : his own buddhi’s
saṁvedanam : awareness
Sutra Meaning :
The Consciousness Principle, which in fact is not transmutable or transferable, (reflects in and) assumes (thereby) the forms of its own buddhi (and thus gains) aswreness (of what is reflecting in that buddhi from outside).
सूत्र ४.२२
चितेरप्रतिसंक्रमायास्तदाकारापत्तौ स्वबुद्धिसंवेदनम्॥२२॥
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
चितेः + अप्रतिसंक्रमायाः : चितिशक्ति (अर्थात्, चैतन्य पुरुष) के (स्वभावतः) निष्क्रिय और असंङ्ग होने पर भी
तत् आकार + आपत्तौ : विषयाकार चित्त से सम्बन्ध हो जाने पर
स्वबुद्धि + संवेदनम् : (उस पुरुष को) विषय से युक्त अपनी बुद्धि (चित्त) का ज्ञान होता है॥
सूत्रार्थ –
चितिशक्ति (अर्थात्, चैतन्य पुरुष) के (स्वभावतः) निष्क्रिय और असंङ्ग होने पर भी विषयाकार चित्त से सम्बन्ध हो जाने पर (उस पुरुष को) विषय से युक्त अपनी बुद्धि (चित्त) का ज्ञान होता है॥

Sutra Meaning :
Il Principio di Coscienza, che di fatto non è trasmissibile o trasferibile, (riflette e) assume (in tal modo) le forme del proprio Buddhi (e quindi guadagna) una consapevolezza (di ciò che si riflette in quel Buddhi dall’esterno).

כאשר תודעת-העל חסרת התנועה ממלאת את התבנית של זו, נוצרת בבודהי עצמה ידיעה [של תודעת העל]
