कंठकूपे क्षुत्पिपासानिवृत्तिः
Kaṇṭha-kūpe kṣhut-pipāsā-nivṛttiḥ
Sutra 3.30
Kaṇṭha-kūpe kṣhut-pipāsā-nivṛttiḥ
kaṇṭha-kūpe : in the pit of the throat
kṣhut : (of) hunger (and)
pipāsā : thirst
nivṛttiḥ : turning off
Sutra Meaning :
(By samyama) in the pit of the throat, hunger and thirst are turned off.
सूत्र ३.३०
कण्ठकूपे क्षुत्पिपासानिवृत्तिः
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
कण्ठकूपे : कण्ठकूप में (संयम करने से)
क्षुत् + पिपासा : भूख और प्यास की
निवृत्तिः : निवृत्ति हो जाती है॥
सूत्रार्थ –
कण्ठकूप में (संयम करने से) भूख और प्यास की निवृत्ति हो जाती है।

(Da Samyama) nella fossa della gola, la fame e la sete sono spenti.
