ते समाधावुपसर्गाव्युत्थाने सिद्धयः

Sutra 3.37
Te samādhāv upasargā vyutthāne siddhayaḥ
te : they
samādhāu : in (the way of) samādhi (are)
upasargāḥ : obstacles
vyutthāne : in lower consciousness of worldly involvement
siddhayaḥ : accomplishments
Sutra Meaning :
They are obstacles in (the way of) samādhi, (though) accomplishments in lower consciousness of worldly involvement.
सूत्र ३.३७
ते समाधावुपसर्गा व्युत्थाने सिद्धयः
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
ते : वे (उपरोक्त प्रातिभादि षट् सिद्धियाँ या विभूतियाँ)
समाधौ + उपसर्गाः : (असम्प्रज्ञात्) समाधि में अन्तराय (अर्थात्, विघ्न)
व्युत्थाने + सिद्धयः : (और) व्युत्थान में (व्युत्थित चित्त के लिये) सिद्धियाँ हैं ॥
सूत्रार्थ –
वे (उपरोक्त प्रातिभादि षट् सिद्धियाँ या विभूतियाँ) (असम्प्रज्ञात्) समाधि में अन्तराय तथा व्युत्थान में (व्युत्थित चित्त के लिये) सिद्धियाँ हैं।
