Kūrma-nāḍyāṁ sthairyam
kūrma-nāḍyāṁ : in kurma channel
sthairyam : steadiness
Sutra Meaning :
(By samyama) on the kūrma channel, steadiness (is accomplished).
सूत्र ३.३१
कूर्मनाड्यां स्थैर्यम्
पदच्छेद एवं शब्दार्थ –
कूर्मनाड्यां : कूर्मनाड़ी में (संयम करने से)
स्थैर्यम् : स्थिरता होती है॥
सूत्रार्थ –
कूर्मनाड़ी में (संयम करने से) चित्त और शरीर में स्थिरता होती है।
